I usually just watch England during a tournament nowadays, whereas I wouldn’t have missed a game (on TV) a few years ago.

Same here. Watched the first half and switched it off. It didn’t surprise me when I saw the final result. Not quite sure shoving all the so-called best players in the team and changing the set-up is the best approach!

Exactly last night was an experiment gone wrong, play you’re best players and then chuck in the odd one here and there or bring them on if winning.

It’s bad to think I only watched it last night because there was nothing on. England games aren’t too exciting nowadays unless it’s a tournament.
